yes.
One is longer and wider and the other shorter.

I would be ticked if I owned an S-Class coupe. But I would be happy if I owned a C-Class coupe

How the hell did you get a hold of all 12 cars in our 2019 lineup?!

people joke about ford and audi doing this but these two are the same exact cars
![]() 02/24/2016 at 14:04 |

they are both stunningly gorgeous but the S class is so much cooler inside
![]() 02/24/2016 at 14:20 |

And both are rather pretty.

In the real world no one is confusing these two.

I’m picking up what you’re putting down... but.... I’d NEVER be ticked if I owned an S-class coupe. Like. How could you be?
![]() 02/24/2016 at 14:46 |

yes they are. normal people are less noticing than enthusiasts

Its a good thing I love Mercedes Benz’s design language then, so much better than what they did before with the C/E/S-class.

You’re giving non-enthusiasts too much credit. To them, they only see a Mercedes...they don’t know model names :P
![]() 02/24/2016 at 15:58 |

How come the S looks so good yet the C is hideous?
![]() 02/24/2016 at 17:21 |

same for every Mercedes. and Audi. and BMW.

Just wait until the new E-Class coupe! Then shopping at a Mercedes store will really be fun!

E class coupe wagon though... E shooting brake confirmed
![]() 02/24/2016 at 18:46 |

So a CLS wagon/shooting brake?
![]() 02/24/2016 at 18:48 |

Or we could rewind the clock 2 years and put a hatch on the CL class... which would make it a... S class shooting brake... hmm -_-

The details are what make a car usually. The smooth window line with no B-pillar is really what makes the S-coupe so elegant, something that wouldn’t work as well on the cheaper C-Coupe.

An S-Class shooting brake would be glorious. I think if the Ferrari FF had sold better, there might have been a business case. It just seems like so much excess. Nobody needs a 2 door hatchback that’s longer than most SUVs, but still not very useful.

one is worth a bit, another quite a lot, sack full of cash, buko monies, lot of clams, and lastly a shit load of cash
